a landmark of Tallinn
with the steeple that was the highest in the world around 1500. Beautiful music
in excellent interpretation.

The Orlando
Consort, formed in 1988, rapidly achieved a reputation as one of Europe’s most expert and consistently challenging groups
performing repertoire from the years 1050 to 1550. The ensemble’s performances
increasingly embrace the spheres of contemporary music. Their program “Ave
Maria” combines masterpieces from the renaissance era and highlights from
contemporary music, presenting the works by John Dunstable, William Cornish and other masters from the 15-16th
century England
along with the music by Arvo Pärt, Tarik O’Regan and Gavin Bryars.

and exquisite selection of performers and pieces.
