famous.
Music born in
Salzburg will sound in the splendid Alatskivi castle and Toompea
palace. Concerts are celebrating both bissextile year and approaching
women's day.
Everyone who has put his foot to
this city where Mozart was born wishes to return this place. The
beautiful architecture and magnificent nature has inspired many
musicians, film makers, writers, skiers, dreamers and countless
amounts of tourists. Concerts-performance "Sonorous Salzburg"
offers a selection of music born out of this fascination. Firsthand
from the most famous son of the city - Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. But
besides that many operetta composers have lived and worked in
Salzburg and near to it. Franz Lehar and Ralph Benatzky for example.
When thinking of Salzburg, one can not avoid Julie Andrews and "The
Sound of Music" as von Trapp family was living in this city.
