The concert agency starts its new season with
bright Italian music and celebrated Italian musicians. This summer Corelli's
players had a successful concert tour in Italy and now it is a pleasure to
introduce in turn Italian musicians to the audiences in Tallinn. The opening
concert „Shining Italy" in collaboration with the Estonian Harpsichord Society
will bring sunshine and amazing Italian music to our beginning autumn.

(Weizenbergi 37)
PROGRAM: "La Serenissima" -
musical jewels from the Venetian school (Vivaldi, Marcello, Albinoni, Platti)
PERFORMERS baroque trio ACCADEMIA HERMANS
from Italy :
Fabio Ceccarelli - traverso flute, Alessandra Montani
- baroque cello, Fabio Ciofini - harpsichord
Corelli Music and the Estonian Harpsichord Society
have collaborated on manor concerts and youth projects at summer courses. Now
we have invited the baroque music trio from Italy to perform in Tallinn. The
elegant program „La Serenissima" focuses on the Venetian school, that of
Vivaldi, Albinoni and the Marcello brothers. Undisputed geniuses of the
Baroque, highly appreciated by the public, and admired and studied by many
musicians all over Europe.
The performers are members of the Accademia
Hermans which was founded in 2000 by its director, Fabio Ciofini, who with his
enthusiasm and love for early music involved a number of young musicians and
singers keen to develop the performance of this repertoire. The
Accademia Hermans, as well as Corelli Music, has been promoting early music for
several years now, organising courses and recording CDs in various historical
places. He has also been in charge of the artistic management of two festivals:
"Parco in... Musica" in the Valnerina, and "Musica e Musei" in the province's
major museums. It has held concerts for the most prestigious associations and
early music festivals both in Italy and abroad. It regularly works with the
Festival Villa Solomei and is the resident orchestra at the Cucinelli Theatre
in Solomeo di Corciano (Perugia).
Enjoy the elegant performance of splendid Italian musicians in our most
appealing baroque hall: Kadriorg palace! For the opening concert of the
season the motto of the Year of Music 2015 fits wonderfully: „Sounds good!".
